Interest in the U.S. market from Japanese companies continues to grow, despite political uncertainties under “Trump 2.0.” Cross-border mergers and acquisitions (M&A) are also growing.
Against this backdrop, Japanese software company SHIFT Inc. held a global seminar on September 10 in Tokyo to help companies navigate challenges. It invited three speakers who are experts in tax, legal, IT, and M&A to discuss important issues surrounding overseas expansion, as well as offer advice and strategies.
The seminar was moderated by Toshi Maeda, Executive Editor of JStories and CEO of PBMC. He led the seminar by asking the invited panelists questions and managing the flow of the discussions.
